Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned C4I Senior Engineer to support the prioritization and development of Army integrated capabilities. This full-time, exempt position involves collaborating with military personnel, training staff, and leaders to achieve individual and collective readiness.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing technical solutions to support military training programs, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and prioritize Army integrated capabilities, maintaining active Secret Security Clearance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant security standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions to support military training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and prioritize Army integrated capabilities.
  • Maintain active Secret Security Clearance and adhere to all related protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant security standards and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Military training and training support.
  • Certifications in Security+.
  • US Citizenship.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with C4I systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of military training programs and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
