**Job Summary**

As an Academic Teacher in the Civil Engineering Department at Melbourne Polytechnic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs in Engineering Technology.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as an Instructor for Engineering Technology Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing units across the VE programs in the BAML Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Educational Leader in Engineering and Technology to join our team at Melbourne Polytechnic. You will be responsible for teaching, delivering, and assessing units in Engineering Technology, as well as assisting in the establishment and maintenance of quality programs and systems.

  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Plan, develop, deliver, and assess units in Engineering Technology
  • Assist in the establishment and maintenance of quality programs and systems
  • Ensure all aspects of program development, delivery, assessment, and record management meet compliance requirements
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required related to the program

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a Degree, Diploma, or Certificate relevant to the department, as well as a minimum of 2 years' experience in the relevant field. You should also have a strong understanding of industry modeling software, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively resolve issues surrounding administrative systems and staff rosters.
