Marketing Partnerships Coordinator

This exciting role will manage and drive community activities, partnerships and relationships. It involves developing and implementing sponsorship engagement strategies to benefit both parties.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to develop a community engagement strategy.
  • Manage effective and meaningful sponsorships that foster mutual benefits.
  • Coordinate all sponsorship business and associated activities to maximize value.
  • Identify and coordinate partnerships with key organizations relevant to our operations.
  • Assess the merits of entering into sponsorship agreements and coordinate associated activities and reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify and manage local opportunities.
  • Develop and manage accurate partnerships collateral to support tender, website, and community support activities.
  • Manage and report on sponsorship and partnership activities for corporate reporting purposes.
  • Support initiatives driven by the Indigenous, Youth, and Training team.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Competency in developing commercially viable terms and conditions with partners.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate team co-operation.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in business development, community engagement, or corporate sponsorship.
