Job Title: Dining Experience Partner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dining Experience Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality meals that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
  • Ensure a clean and safe dining environment by maintaining excellent hygiene standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, empathetic, and responsive to the needs of our residents
  • Maintain accurate records of meal preparation, serving, and consumption
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service delivery and enhance the overall dining experience

Requirements:

  • Certification in food safety and handling is highly regarded
  • Aged care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and external partners
  • A strong understanding of resident rights, aged care accreditation standards, and outcomes
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays
