Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail site in Queensland. The ideal candidate will be focused on achieving and exceeding store sales targets through effective Key Performance Indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other key performance indicators
  • Inspire and motivate team members while demonstrating leadership by example
  • Recruit, train and develop staff new team members
  • Collaborate with HR for workplace management requirements
  • E nsure the store adheres to all WHS/HSSE regulations
  • Oversee efficient operations of all store aspects; including stock control, cost management and daily financial reporting
  • Resolve day-to-day inefficiencies and customer service issues
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve business goals through strategic rostering and cost control methods

Requirements:

  • Be available to work weekends when required and willing to undertake regular operational tasks
  • Proven track record of successfully leading a team, delivering results and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining high store standards
  • Ideal candidates have at least 4 years' experience in management from retail or similar industries
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication applicable across multiple layers of the organization
  • Experience in managing large-scale kitchen/restaurant businesses
  • Ability to manage stock control and maintain food safety standards
