Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated engineer to contribute to the design of bridges, tunnels, highways, rail, and maritime infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural analysis and design for bridges and civil infrastructure throughout all project phases.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with drafting and modelling teams to coordinate outputs and manage digital workflows.
  • Provide guidance and technical feedback to junior engineers.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support bids and work-winning activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field, accompanied by significant structural design experience.
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards (e.g. AS5100) and local authority design requirements.
  • Proficiency in structural design software and 3D modelling tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
