We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in a safe and supportive environment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures. You will also work closely with the personal care team, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance as required.
- Provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
- Act as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
- Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
- Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
- Strong coaching/training skills.
- Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
