Senior Clinical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced nurse to work in our Plastic Surgery department.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a clinical and professional resource, demonstrating advanced knowledge and critical thinking skills to support the delivery of safe patient care.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong clinical background and experience working in a similar setting. Your leadership skills, time management abilities, and problem-solving skills will be essential in this position.
- Relevant nursing registration.
- Minimum three years' post graduate experience in the area of speciality.
- Hold a relevant post graduate qualification or be working towards one.
- Ability to communicate effectively and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to assess and coordinate patient care needs.
