About the Role

Our organisation is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join its Plastic Surgery team in the operating theatres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a role model and mentor, fostering a collaborative team culture.
  • Utilise highly developed communication skills with a patient- and customer-focused approach.
  • Work in partnership to ensure safe, efficient operations in line with best practice standards.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset and experience working in Theatres. Your leadership, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills will be essential.

  • Relevant registration with regulatory bodies.
  • Minimum three years' post graduate experience in area of speciality.
  • Hold a relevant post graduate qualification or be working towards it.
  • Ability to act as a positive role model with excellent communication and delegation skills.
  • Proven ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients.
  • Advanced understanding of nursing competencies.
Requirements:
  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • Depending on the role, our organisation may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
