We are seeking dedicated and caring professionals to join our team as Trainee Educators. As a key member of our Centre, you will be committed to delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.


Impact and Responsibility
  • Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and organisational policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Contribute effectively to the education program in the room and the centre team.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this role, you must not hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school within the last 7 years.

You must also possess:

  • A willingness and motivation to pursue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • A valid right to work in Australia.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work well individually and as part of a collaborative team.
  • An enthusiasm and positive attitude towards early years education.
