Transportation Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Transportation Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by collecting samples and transporting them to our laboratory accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Picking up specimens on designated runs
  • Interacting with customers at clinics
  • Ensuring timely delivery of samples to the laboratory
  • Maintaining a tidy vehicle, recording pick-up information, and complying with traffic laws and instructions from your manager

A full driver's license is essential. You must also possess a clean driving history, outstanding customer service skills, professional presentation, and excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Availability to work day shifts between 9am-3:30pm and occasional night shifts between 7pm-12:30am plus Saturdays
  • Confidence driving around Melbourne metro areas
  • Basic computer skills
