This role works collaboratively with the Senior Manager to oversee the scorecard modelling and monitoring functions within the Chief Data Officer's team. You will provide subject matter expertise in the development of scorecard operating models and related monitoring frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new scorecard models using machine learning techniques and manage the performance of application and behavioural scorecards. Execute and enhance the model monitoring process, including the implementation of monitoring for new models with visualisation tools.
- Generate monitoring results for Consumer and Business Banking scorecards, provide analysis to support decision-making, and recommend remedial actions for underperforming models.
- Manage and document the entire model development and monitoring process, tracking issues to resolution ensuring best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimising scorecards with precision.
- Proficient in Python, R, SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerBI, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of IT principles, system development lifecycles, and data management, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, driving success across teams.
