About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Experience Designer to lead the design of our native mobile app and web experience. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your skills in designing user-friendly interfaces with our cutting-edge technology to deliver seamless investing experiences for Australians.

As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for managing usability risk, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, and iterating on product design within our unified design system.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and launching new products/features to market, as well as solid experience in managing a design system to support growth/experimentation activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for our native mobile app and web experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design language across all product touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system to meet the needs of our evolving product landscape.
  • Support growth and experimentation activities through data-driven design decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on mobile and web experiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and launching new products/features to market.
  • Proven ability to manage a design system and support growth/experimentation activities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
