Role & Impact:

As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll lead design across our most important surfaces, shaping the experience of real-world connection for millions. You'll drive big, cross-platform bets from end-to-end: uncovering deep insights, crafting journeys, and helping us set the design standard for a new category.

What You'll Do:
  • Own end-to-end product design and lead across iOS, Android, and Web-from insight to execution.
  • Design seamless, human-first journeys while partnering with PMs and engineers to ship features that just make sense.
  • Champion craft and consistency; evolve our system-wide patterns, visual language, and tone.
What You'll Bring:
  • 8+ years in product design with a portfolio that shows sharp thinking and real impact.
  • Strong interaction + visual design skills across mobile and web, with attention to clarity and flow.
  • Experience building and scaling design systems that flex across teams.
