About the Role

Alder Constructions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Civil and Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on civil and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of engineers and supervisors to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all project work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Relevant Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on civil and infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
