About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to supervise and coordinate our workshop team, ensuring efficient completion of quality workshop programs for the repair and maintenance of heavy plant, machinery, and equipment.

This role is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our workshop, and the successful candidate will play a key role in modeling and promoting our values of creativity, accessibility, respect, energy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the workshop team to ensure efficient completion of quality workshop programs.
  • Manage and lead teams to achieve high-quality results and meet deadlines.
  • Proven knowledge of plant operation capabilities and associated maintenance and repair requirements.
  • Experience in budget administration, contract management, and project management.
  • Commitment to providing high-level customer service.
What We Offer
  • A salary range of $81,800 to $93,900 per annum (plus 11.5% superannuation) dependent upon skills and experience.
  • A 9-day fortnight working arrangement, with the option to apply for a compressed four-day work week.
