Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced banqueting environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to set conference rooms promptly and accurately to specifications described on function sheets
  • Ensure client expectations are met, delivering food and beverage service that aligns with our service standards
  • Take ownership of designated rooms or sections during service
  • Ensure all food and beverages requirements are delivered on time and as specified

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Availability to work across 7-day roster including morning and evening shifts
  • Intermediate level of food and beverage service skills including greeting guests, taking orders, cleaning, and clearing tables
  • Physical capability to move heavy items as needed and practice safe handling at all times
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification (required)
  • A high level of personal presentation aligning with our brand standards
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and also in a team
