About the role:

  • You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces.

  • Restock supplies in assigned work areas and collaborate with the wider Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Ensure all hotel rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and report any maintenance issues or concerns to your supervisor.

  • We're looking for individuals with previous experience in Housekeeping or similar roles who possess good physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.

  • Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness are also essential.

  • Valid working rights in Australia are required.

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and school holidays, is necessary.
