Role Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead the organization's service delivery portfolio, overseeing programs, people, and revenue. The successful candidate will provide executive oversight to ensure all services are safe, effective, and aligned with national standards and legislative requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in complex service delivery environments such as health, aged care, disability, or community services. They will combine strategic thinking with operational insight and bring expertise in governance, contract management, and workforce leadership.

  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical governance is essential, along with strong knowledge of compliance requirements and risk management frameworks.
  • AHPRA registration (with no restrictions) as either a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Physiotherapist would be advantageous but not essential for the role.
