Job Opportunity

The primary goal of this role is to contribute to the achievement of departmental, branch, and corporate objectives relative to profit growth, service provider relations, and client engagement.

Achieving new business targets for assigned portfolios is crucial to support the realization of revenue and profit goals. This includes:

  • Designing and implementing effective portfolio analysis strategies to enhance profitability and retention.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders regarding portfolio management strategy and maintaining a unified approach with brokers; providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Maintaining awareness of open claims for assigned accounts and making informed decisions.
  • Preparation for account reviews with management, showcasing expertise in risk assessment, industry trends, competitive environment, and product capabilities.
Main Responsibilities

Achieve individual sales targets as specified in performance plans.

Develop and implement an effective business development strategy to identify new business opportunities across product lines and broker segments.

Manage the sales pipeline to identify and develop new business prospects.

Nurture broker and key account relationships through proactive communication, visitation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and implement innovative solutions to complex underwriting situations is essential.

Subject matter expertise in pricing techniques, alternative risk transfer, and reserves is required.

Judgment, experience, and confidence to make recommendations for tailored coverage and policy manuscripting is necessary.
