Key Responsibilities- Assist diverse customers in overcoming personal and professional challenges
- Deliver coaching to improve employability skills, confidence, and career planning
- Prepare quality resumes, cover letters, and support the job application process

- Refer customers to internal and external support for housing, mental health, and financial counselling
