Key ResponsibilitiesPreferred Qualifications:
  • A qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials, admitted in a leading common law or civil law jurisdiction.
  • 6-10 years' post-qualification experience in financial services, technology, or a top-tier law firm, with a focus on margin lending, derivatives, trading, structured products, or fintech/crypto.
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex financial or technology product terms and user-facing documentation.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets (experience with ADGM/FSRA, ESMA, FCA, MAS, or equivalent regulators is a strong advantage).
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially relevant to APAC or Middle East) are a plus to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with strong collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate with a high degree of independence.
