  • Maintaining accurate records, reviewing course materials, class schedules, student progress, and relevant resources are crucial aspects of this position.
  • Conducting needs assessments and adjusting instruction to meet individual and group requirements.
  • Identifying and allocating necessary training facilities, equipment, and flight time while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Providing high-quality classroom, practical, flight, and simulation instruction on maintenance procedures and practices for both formal and field environments.
  • Assigning tasks, conducting informal assessments, providing remedial instruction, and maintaining daily student records and other documentation.
  • Administering written, oral, practical, flight, and simulation assessments for Pilot and/or Maintenance Technician students.
