Job Description
Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying and managing the technology behind our customer feedback platform. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage the Medallia Experience Cloud platform
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement software solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Medallia's capabilities and features
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with backend platforms, including Google Cloud Platform and SQL
- Familiarity with JavaScript and XML preferred
