Senior Director, Digital Health

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector.

Our ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital health and transformation. They will have a deep understanding of digital technologies, applications, and industry best practices within the health and human services sector.

The Senior Director will lead and manage teams to support the development of digital and technology strategies for system managers and health services/providers. They will define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving. The successful candidate will also have project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements due to changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing teams to support the development of digital and technology strategies
  • Defining and implementing future state operating models
  • Conducting options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions
  • Managing and implementing technology-enabled transformational change
  • Leading business development activities
  • Providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and sponsors
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital health and transformation
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, applications, and industry best practices within the health and human services sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management skills and flexibility
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization software (favored but not essential)
