About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Women's and Family Violence Practice Lead.

This role will be part of our Social Work Service, providing clinical care to patients across various programs.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment with personalized support, enabling you to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Adult Inpatient Allied Health Social Work team, focusing on women's and family violence initiatives.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practice standards, education, and training to improve quality of care.
  • Lead research and educational initiatives, evaluating data and monitoring outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Social Work or Master of Social Work Qualifying degree, or equivalent as approved by the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Minimum seven years' experience as a qualified Social Worker, with expertise in women's and family violence.
  • Accredited Social Worker status, as recognized by the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • A current Victorian driver's license.
