Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Assembly Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Campbellfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to utilise their skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of a growing global organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical assembly of automated gate systems and boom gates, typically assembled in small batches.
- Perform control and PLC wiring.
- Commission gate motor mechanisms to ensure proper functionality.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and quality assurance documentation.
- Conduct technical repairs on operating equipment.
- Perform test and tag procedures for on-site electrical equipment.
A high level of attention to detail and organisational skills is required to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Solid understanding of safe work practices and commitment to working safely at all times.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting and strong desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.
Potential to take on future leadership roles, including leading teams or overseeing projects, is highly desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mechanical and electrical assembly supervision.
- PLC and control wiring.
- Gate motor commissioning.
- Work instruction development.
- Quality assurance documentation maintenance.
Candidate must hold A-grade electrical qualification and possess current forklift license. Familiarity with Quality Assured system is essential.
