About The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Electrical Assembly Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Campbellfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to utilise their skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of a growing global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of automated gate systems and boom gates, typically assembled in small batches.
  • Perform control and PLC wiring.
  • Commission gate motor mechanisms to ensure proper functionality.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and quality assurance documentation.
  • Conduct technical repairs on operating equipment.
  • Perform test and tag procedures for on-site electrical equipment.
  • Collaborate proactively as a key member of a small, dedicated team.
  • Handle some manual tasks related to assembly.

Skills And Experience Required
  • An A-grade electrical qualification is a must.
  • A current forklift license is a plus.
  • Familiarity with working in a Quality Assured system is essential.
  • A solid understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to working safely at all times.
  • Ideally, the candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting and a strong desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.

The potential to take on future leadership roles, including leading teams or overseeing projects, is highly desirable.
