About the Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and self-motivated Field Assembly Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Campbellfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to utilise their skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the success of a growing global organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee the mechanical and electrical assembly of automated gate systems and boom gates, typically assembled in small batches.
  2. Perform control and PLC wiring.
  3. Commission gate motor mechanisms to ensure proper functionality.
  4. Develop and maintain work instructions and quality assurance documentation.
  5. Conduct technical repairs on operating equipment.
  6. Perform test and tag procedures for on-site electrical equipment.
  7. Collaborate proactively as a key member of a small, dedicated team.
  8. Handle some manual tasks related to assembly.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. An A-grade electrical qualification is a must.
  2. A current forklift license is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with working in a Quality Assured system is essential.
  4. A solid understanding of safe work practices and a commitment to working safely at all times.
  5. Ideally, the candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial setting and a strong desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement.

The potential to take on future leadership roles, including leading teams or overseeing projects, is highly desirable.
