Job Overview

The role of Team Lead is to oversee the daily operations of a team, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to regulations.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including HA's, internal teams, and partners.
  • Collaborate with Operations to drive delivery targets and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Conduct regular audits to analyze team performance, refusals, and modifications.
  • Provide training and support to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with contractors, managing communication and resolving issues.
  • Analyze and respond to Jeopardy reports, queues, and FPN's.
  • Support the Streetworks Manager in delivering team training and feedback.
  • Identify and address team non-compliance, implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong planning, organization, and monitoring abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • High standard of numeracy and computer literacy.
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage pressure, and meet deadlines.

Person Specification

  • Streetworks/ Noticing experience preferred.
  • Legally allowed to work in the UK.
