- Collaborate with the Clinical Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an assisted living setting.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
- Confident demeanor and positive attitude towards change.
- Compassionate and friendly approach towards patients and colleagues.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Div 1 Registered Nurse (Essential).
- DCSI Clearance or willingness to obtain (Essential).
- National Police Clearance (Essential).
- Medication Administration Certificate (Essential).
- Current Driver's License (Essential).
- Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) (Desirable).
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Desirable).
