About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team in the Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff in emergency situations.
  • Mentor and develop junior nurses to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Essential Qualifications
  • AHPRA registration
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in ED with strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Nursing or working towards
  • Understanding of National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
