Bradman Carbon & Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Developer to lead our small BESS project development team. This is a classical Development role with a focus on managing the overall development program and budget to achieve best for project outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of Grid, Resource, Economics, Contracting, Land and Approvals, as well as undertaking due diligence on new project opportunities for viability of inclusion in the development portfolio. The successful candidate will also be responsible for running tenders and negotiating all associated construction and O&M contracts, managing the grid connection enquiry and application process, and managing early works associated with the development projects. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing the relevant consultants engaged to support with the project's development, and reporting on project status to management, the Board and relevant external parties. If you are an experienced senior Developer looking for your next step up, or if you are already at a "Head of" position, this small, fast growth organisation will see you very close to senior management and all that it entails.
