About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Specialist to support the WA Asset Projects Autonomous Haulage Mining Delivery Team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are safety focused with a passion for delivery in project operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the successful delivery of the project in accordance with Our Requirements and the MAP Internal Standard.
  • Manage the change process with relevant operational stakeholders.
  • Engage and manage consultants and contractors where required to perform the project.
  • Own and direct work across multiple work fronts, whilst adhering to the project execution schedule.
  • Drive capability growth of the FrontRunner system to the Operations team through observation and data.
  • Liaise with the Operations team to enable successful handover of the project.
  • Directly assist the Delivery Lead with project reporting, management of schedule and cost control.
  • Follow risk management processes, conduct risk assessments, comply with standards and accurately report on risk to maximize safety and value across projects at BHP.
About You
  • Previous experience with Autonomy & the FrontRunner System is ideal, but not essential.
  • Understanding of mining operations is required.
  • An overriding commitment to health, safety and environmental responsibilities is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem solving and working with multiple stakeholders is required.
  • You will be a driven operational professional who can develop trusted relationships with stakeholders to influence an outcome.
