Construction Site Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate site activities on projects across Sydney. In this role, you will assist the project manager and site team in managing construction site activities.

As our newest team members, you'll spearhead various activities ensuring the success of our construction projects.

You'll be responsible for tasks including:

  • Technical Activity Management: Ensure all technical activities run efficiently on site.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration: Work closely during planning, construction, and completion phases of projects.
  • Project Documentation Control: Take control of project documentation, ensuring everything is organized and up-to-date.
  • Technical Expertise Application: Contribute expertise to overcome challenges with confidence and skill.
  • Specification Interpretation: Interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods, and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance Monitoring: Monitor technical implementation, testing, and quality control on site to ensure highest standards.
  • Trade Coordination Assistance: Assist in coordinating and managing trades, working closely with other team members.

About You

Previous experience in a site-based role and understanding of engineering, construction, and architecture principles is required. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 2+ years' experience working on construction sites (Cadetship, Graduate Program, or similar experience).
  • Experience in building concrete and structural steel structures.
  • Construction White Card.
  • Previous experience using systems such as AutoCAD, CHEOPS.
