Systems Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Systems Coordinator to join our team, supporting site operations and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining site systems, preparing reports and visual management updates, and providing cross-functional support to scheduling, dispatch, and purchasing teams.

  • Coordinate and maintain site systems, including safety and compliance protocols, quality reporting, and administration.
  • Prepare toolbox talks, reports, and visual management updates.
  • Support purchasing across sites.
  • Assist with site events, inductions, and general administrative needs.
  • Provide cross-functional support to scheduling, dispatch, and purchasing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage site systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive and team-focused approach.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.
  • Accuracy in data entry and a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
