About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Capability Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman Australia. As a key member of our Defence program, you will be responsible for coordinating activities to maximize the KC-30A aircraft capability from a through-life sustainment perspective.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Customer to determine the strategic direction of the program and identify long-range opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure program success, from inception to end.
  • Provide leadership and support across the program, facilitating strategic forward focus.
  • Ensure projects deliver operational results that meet corporate and customer requirements, adhering to policies, procedures, and processes.
About You

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience in delivering and managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a natural leader, you will have exemplary stakeholder engagement skills to effectively partner with all levels across multi-disciplinary teams and the customer.

A broad business experience, skills, and acumen in operations, contracting, and contract management, finance, preferably in Aviation or Defence, would be beneficial to this position.
