**Job Overview**
As a Procurement Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality support to the Procurement and Contracts Management team. This includes coordinating procurement projects and programs, developing acquisition plans, tender packages, specifications, and evaluation criteria within legislative and policy guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide procurement and/or contract administration/monitoring services for low value, low risk procurements
- Assist senior Procurement and Contracts team members in the conduct of procurements, including higher value, higher risk tender processes and contract management tasks
- Contract management and/or administration, including monitoring and reporting for various across-government contracts in use by business units
- Contribute to a high performance and professional work team culture and continuous improvement of process and service delivery within the scope of the role to improve outcomes for business unit customers
