Financial Relationship Manager

The Client Service Specialist is a vital role in our organization, responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients and external parties, answering inquiries, coordinating relevant work teams, and attending to same-day service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strong relationships with clients and external parties
- Coordinating relevant work teams to produce expected outcomes
- Attending to same-day service requests and acting as a client concierge
- Managing team workflow using relevant systems and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

Desirable Qualifications:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning Support)
