About the role

As a Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team that supports financial advisers and business partners. Your key focus will be on making strategic decisions, streamlining workflows, and maintaining exceptional client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive client packs, reports, and review documents to meet strict deadlines.
  • Implement Service Agreements and Review of Assets accurately and promptly to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with product and insurance providers to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to build strong relationships and address any concerns or queries.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation to ensure timely submission and minimize delays.
  • Ensure client records are accurately updated in CRM systems to maintain data integrity.
  • Liaise with paraplanners and advisers to ensure smooth workflows and optimal results.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A proven track record as a Client Services Officer in financial planning.
  • A deep understanding of financial planning processes and principles.
  • Proficiency in Xplan workflows and tasks to streamline operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively to deliver results.
