Room Leader Job Opportunity

Seeking a motivated and experienced Room Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, and current Queensland Working with Children Check.

  • This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 6.00am to 6.45pm.
  • The salary range for this position is competitive.
  • You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • You will work closely with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

About the Role:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading a team of Educators to deliver educational programs that meet the needs of children.
  2. Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to improve teaching practices.
  3. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
