A highly skilled FO Procurement Consultant is sought after to contribute to an exciting project in Sydney, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work in a well-structured environment on sophisticated enhancement projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan and lead tasks for a stream team, managing backlog, blockers, dependencies, and scope.
  • Be accountable for ETC and Risk Management with PMO.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time, knowing estimates, escalating early, and maintaining a no-surprise environment.
  • Lead workshops for domain specialist areas and identify opportunities for less experienced team members to step up.
  • Oversee and plan/estimate Epics or Streams on projects, managing backlog, blockers, ETC, and scope.
  • Develop and contribute to training initiatives and provide valuable insights to line managers.
  • Build sprints or project plans, assumptions, dependencies, risks, licensing, and estimation WBS for domain areas.
  • Take solution lead roles on end-to-end projects or streams of large project engagements.
  • Present at Steer Co or help with delivery issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • 7-12 years of experience as an individual contributor and 8+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Fundamentals: Essential learning is always completed on time, protecting you, our business, and our customers.

**Commercial Leadership and Governance:**

  • Medium to Large projects: Lead Project Control Group discussions from a solution scope, risk, and commercial standpoint.
  • Contribute to Governance meetings, raising concerns with PMO and your Manager.

**Pre-sales and GTM:**

  • Drive opportunities with key customers and identify opportunities to reuse IP or industry solutions.
  • Contribute and support Solution Road Mapping engagements.

**Advisory:**

  • Lead or contribute to Advisory engagements in your area of expertise on the platform.
  • Help document and sell your vision to the customer.
  • Lead go-live Readiness conversations leveraging your business acumen and solution cutover experience.
