Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing solutions to their banking and insurance needs.

  • Previous sales and service experience in retail, banking or hospitality industries is preferred;
  • Cash handling experience and attention to detail are essential;
  • A learning mindset and ambition to build a career in the banking industry are highly valued;
  • An aptitude for technology and proficiency in MS Office programs/apps are required;
  • Honesty and integrity, as well as a flexible approach to work, are essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have conversations and interactions with customers via all channels, including face-to-face, phone and online;
  • Explore new opportunities to find the right financial solutions for customers;
  • Use various technologies, systems and digital platforms, cash handling and balancing;
  • Work collaboratively with your manager and team to achieve branch goals and objectives;
  • Maintain high operational adherence to company and regulatory standards, policies and procedures.
