Job Summary

The role of a Financial Director is to lead the strategic financial planning and analysis for our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in consolidating business unit forecasts into a cohesive enterprise view, delivering insightful analysis to senior executives.

This position plays a key role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth through continuous improvement of forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Certified Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Experience preparing reports for executive-level audiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience in property and/or funds management finance (highly regarded)
