Job Overview

This role is focused on optimizing the inbound supply chain, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to minimize costs and enhance the seller and vendor experience.
  • Own the seller and vendor relationship within the organization.
  • Make existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools and automation.
  • Roll out best practices from other geographies and companies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
  • Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations, and technical audiences.
  • Program manage and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Launch programs, monitor performance metrics, and report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables.

A Day in the Life:

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations.

You'll work closely with a range of colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise.

Together, you'll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL.
