Collector of Medical Samples

This is a hands-on position that involves collecting specimens from patients, ensuring quality and accuracy in every interaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking specimen collection tasks, including venepuncture and paediatric sampling. They will also be required to manage specimen preparation and perform courier duties.
A key aspect of this role is being part of a professional and community-oriented team that provides critical healthcare services to the region.
We are looking for someone who thrives on precision, patient care and teamwork.
- Relevant experience in specimen collection or within a pathology laboratory setting is essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills are required, with a commitment to accuracy and patient care.
- Proficient computer and data entry skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, are necessary for success in this role.
