About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Digital Transformation program. As a key member of our Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) group, you will be responsible for delivering transformational change and key technology-related operational services across ASIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of all projects within the program.
  • Provide coaching and support to project managers, ensuring adoption of ASIC Project Methodology (APM) and agile-based ways of working.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks and issues relevant to solution delivery for the program.
  • Oversee release coordination and handover processes to BAU for Technology and Operations.
  • Drive composition, capability, and management of high-performing delivery squads.
About You
  • Experience delivering high-quality technology solutions and services in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing technology teams with a strong workplace culture.
  • Practical experience in applying agile methodologies and leading agile-based projects.
  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information to all levels of an organisation.
  • Relevant tertiary and/or professional qualifications suitable for a technology-focused role.
