Program Management Graduate Opportunity

Seven Consulting is a leading Australian project and program management consultancy seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Program Management Graduates.

As a Program Management Graduate, you will have the opportunity to learn the end-to-end cycle of program management and build the core fundamentals of project management through placement in PMO roles. You will work closely with our Founder and senior consultants to develop your skills and knowledge, and will be responsible for liaising with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure business needs are satisfied and project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program management plans and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and programs
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Australian Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project or Program Management related fields
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
  • High energy levels and a willingness to learn and take on feedback
