Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Head of Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving educational outcomes and enhancing the quality of teaching and learning within the department.

  • Develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
