Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate engaging activities that promote social interaction, creativity, and a sense of purpose among residents.
  2. Support residents with daily living tasks, such as mealtimes, outings, and personal care, while ensuring their dignity and comfort are respected.
  3. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.
  4. Collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities, document progress, and escalate any concerns.
  5. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and adhering to food safety standards.
